About Purpose Project HQ
Our History
The Purpose Project is a nonprofit leadership and business development organization created to support early-stage and capacity-stretched entrepreneurs who are building meaningful work but lack access to traditional resources.
We believe sustainable businesses are built by healthy, grounded leaders. That’s why our work centers on leadership development first—helping entrepreneurs strengthen identity, confidence, decision-making, and capacity—while also providing practical business education and support.
Through strengths-based coaching, leadership retreats, business development classes, peer community, and restorative experiences, The Purpose Project equips leaders to clarify their vision, navigate growth with wisdom, and build businesses that align with both purpose and sustainability.
